SiteSage IOT Gateway

The SiteSage Gateway communicates via MiWi with SiteSage devices, including the SiteSage electricity monitor, Sensor Pod, SmartStat 46 thermostat, Smart Control, and WiTemp+. A single gateway can communicate with multiple SiteSage devices, provided they are within the communication range (approximately 30 feet). The communication can pass through walls and floors, but the construction material may decrease the range. The gateway uses the building's network to send monitoring and control information to the cloud. The gateway is Level 1 PCI compliant.

The Version 5 and 6 gateway has 3 configurable ports. The default configuration has D1 supporting digital sensors and the other two ports configured for 1-Wire sensors. The ports can be changed in the software. Image source is Powerhouse Dynamics.

The version 5 gateways has a 5V power supply. The gateway can also receive power through managed POE (power over ethernet) switches.
