Analog and Digital Temperature Sensors

These sensors are commonly used to measure temperatures in rooms, thermowells, hydronic systems, and ventilation ducts. 1-Wire sensors are available as flush mount or barrel style. 10-K thermistors (analog) are available as a barrel sensor. SiteSage and inView supports select 1-Wire, analog, and Zigbee temperature sensors.

The sensor pictured to the right is a 1-Wire sensor from Powerhouse Dynamics.. The yellow wire is for data (+) and the red wire is ground (-).

The flush-mount temperature sensor can screw into sheet rock.

Barrel sensors can be used for water temperature in pipes, space temperatures, and in ventilation systems.
