Warranty

PowerWise warrants its hardware components against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, (accessories, provided by 3rd parties, such as thermostats or flow meters, are warranted for one year from purchase as per the manufacturer’s warranty). During the warranty period PowerWise will repair or replace any defective product at no charge. The defective product must be returned to PowerWise and properly packed before PowerWise ships another device, unless arrangements are made for advance replacement. PowerWise is not responsible for removal or reinstallation of hardware. This Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse or abuse, incorrect installation, installation at environmental conditions outside the specifications, lack of reasonable care, non-approved repair services, or the affixing of any attachment that did not come with the product or is not specifically authorized by PowerWise. This Warranty is invalidated if the unit is transferred from its original owner to another location.

The foregoing express warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstance will PowerWise be responsible for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, or property loss or injury.
